Michelle Landy established Beyond Training in 1991. We are based in Sydney, Australia and provide our services to businesses globally.

Michelle Landy - Director and Executive Coach

Michelle Landy is a highly qualified and experienced Trainer and Executive Coach. She has an extensive background in training and coaching others to achieve advanced levels of personal performance. For over a decade Michelle has been working with individuals and within organizations to bring about sustained changes in individual behaviour and success. She is especially skilled at working with middle to senior management and project team dynamics. Her practical and inspirational style, combined with a commitment to getting results, transforms performance in others.

Michelle's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Graduate Diploma in Business major in Training & Development, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate in Executive Coaching and numerous other professional development certificates and programs linked to business and psychology.

Michelle lectures leadership for the Centre for Local Government at the University of Technology, Sydney as well as coaching and training leaders throughout private and public organisations.

Michelle's committed interest in the link between emotional competence and high performance has lead to her continual study, research and development of result driven training and coaching programs. Michelle speaks regularly at conferences about leadership and emotional intelligence.
